What changes when the right issues finally get addressed.
The work is not about adding more meetings or another layer of theory. It is about helping leaders see clearly, make better decisions, and build the discipline to follow through.

Before joining EOS and working with Tamara, our company was growing quickly, but we didn’t have a clear sense of direction or a shared vision for where we wanted to go. Everyone was working hard, but we weren’t always aligned on the most important priorities.
Today, our entire leadership team is aligned around a clear vision for the future. We meet weekly to focus on the most important issues in the business, we know what each person is working on, and we hold one another accountable for getting things done. There’s a level of clarity and discipline in how we operate that simply didn’t exist before.
One specific thing our team does differently now is run a weekly Level 10 meeting. It’s become the heartbeat of our leadership team. It gives us a structured way to stay aligned, identify issues early, and work together to solve them instead of letting problems linger.
Working with Tamara and implementing EOS has absolutely changed how we think about the future of our business. We’re no longer growing without direction — our growth is intentional, aligned, and built around a clear long-term vision. When everyone understands where you’re going and their role in getting there, the entire organization moves forward faster and with far greater confidence.
What was going on in your business before we started working together?
I was focusing on the current year and not beyond, knowing I had to have a plan in place to transition out of working full time and either retain ownership or maximize its value for sale.
What’s different now?
My team worked well together, but Tamara helped us work together better. We have a course of action to advance growth of the business while still working toward my personal goal of working fewer hours and eventually turning over leadership to others.
What’s one specific thing your team does differently now?
We now have a dual commitment to not only help our clients, but help each other as a team, with greater collaboration on administrative, marketing, and tech-related tasks.
Has this changed how you think about the future of your business?
Absolutely. I would not want to plan for either business growth or transition without a coach. Tamara’s perspectives have helped me think more deeply about what a successful transition looks like.
Running an electrical contracting business first in South Florida, then Castle Rock, Colorado, and Poynette, Wisconsin, Ruth and Bob were ready to get out of business and move on — to slow down, travel, and spend more time with family.
Tamara worked to gather and complete a Business Insights report, business valuation, and an action plan with the goal of increasing the business’s valuation. She set up the business for potential sale with the software and documents needed, checked in regularly, and helped facilitate a potential buyer. “She was efficient and on task to the end of the transition to a new company.”
